Marion ’s industrial park is 2,100 privately-owned acres currently in mixed uses. The majority is farmland with good drainage and little slope (less than 1%.) Several other businesses operate in the park including some light manufacturing and distribution. Land adjacent to the park has interstate frontage for those businesses needing exposure.
